Kym developed and delivered an impressive organizational induction plan in North America. At a time when we were hiring and dealing with a transition to hybrid and remote working- this program was critical to our organizational success. The experience for our new team members was fantastic — they built out a great understanding of the organization and their roles and felt cared for and welcomed during their journey. Several of the team went out of their way to call out Kym and the induction as the best induction experience they have had.

Kym was on my operations team at NZTE for roughly three years. During that period she managed all things ops for our NYC office which included Businesses Systems & Processes, Finances HR, IT, Facilities and Safety & Wellbeing. Kym's approach was not one of simply managing daily operations across these different fields, which isn't so simple in it's own right. Rather, she always works towards operational improvement through her project management and people centric super powers. Where Kym particularly shined was in her efforts to create a vibrant culture not only in NYC, but across the North American Region. She reshaped our induction and onboarding practices to get new starters off to the races, was a key contributor to global wellbeing projects, and led out much of our virtual team culture building initiatives. This resulted higher employee retention and lifted engagement YoY. Kym, with her Wonder Woman abilities and team player attitude, was our secret weapon that unlocked much of our success!
