An outcome of the project was to centralise a number of activities to a Shared Services Centre (SSC) in Brisbane. Once the Project was finalised, I was appointed to the role of Group Shared Services Manager with the responsibility for building the SSC, including, the transition of the various finance and administration activities from multiple locations nationally.
