My role at TDB is as follows, I deal with all questions and queries regarding the skills support programme from either learners on site or potential customers who would like to be referred to join our course, I do the interview process for people to be referred on the SSU ( Skills Support for the unemployed ) I complete the paperwork required on the learners files and do the populating of the schedules and timesheets, I work closely with local JCP to maximise the referrals and to also keep them up to date on the progress of their candidates if and when required, I make sure all relevant documents are in from the learners before the end of the third day at the latest as this is vital information needed for them to complete the course I then take a copy of this information and scan it on to our database to then place this in the correct folder, I take calls of all nature within the company if I can not answer a query or help in any way I will put you through to the correct person to do so, I cover the reception area at times when I am needed; Taking calls, adding people to the database, creating certificates, filing, copying, faxing, usage of spreadsheets and excellent customer service at all times. I also run a job club in this I help learners build a CV or simply update their current one also I do interview techniques, how to apply for a job, what the best sites are to look for jobs, I get leads for jobs and it is then my role to find guys who are on my database with the experience required I give them a call explain the job details if they are interested I then pass on a CV to the company to arrange an interview we have a high success rate in the job outcomes. I pride myself on excellent customer service at all times. Show less
