This was a fantastic job where I got to not only expand on my gastronomy knowledge but be a part of the management team. Working on recruitment, training, kitchen management including ordering, stock control, menu design, costing, Heath and Safety regulations and fire training.My proudest achievement in this position was being part of the team who established Cubitt House as part of The Sustainable Resturant Association and being awarded in 3 stars for a conceicous consideration towards sustainability. This is something I'm truly passionate about and it gave me great joy to be a part of it.
