Kylie is a talent that has matured within our organization and been a top performer at each step of her career, but is raising the bar most recently as she has stepped into a leadership role within our organization. Kylie started as an Inside Sales Rep with our minor league affiliate, the Ontario Reign, emerged as a top Group Sales Account Executive and then jumped to the LA Kings Group Sales Department as a Senior Account Executive before getting promoted to Group Sales Manager in October of 2022 on the heels of the pandemic. Kylie has rebuilt our Group Sales department after it was devastated by the interruptions caused by Covid-19. Our groups business is based on strong community relationships and partnerships, many of which were disturbed by transition of our staff and transition in the roles of our clients and partners. In 2019-20 season we achieved a $1.8mm in group revenue. Kylie has been instrumental in leading this revenue center to $3.5mm in group revenue for the 2023-23 season, a 94% increase in just 4 seasons and on the heels of recovering after groups went unsold for an entire season during the 2020-21 season. Kylie has led that boost in our revenues through rebuilding our Group Sales team. She led the recruitment, hiring, training and ongoing mentorship of this team. This team boasts the highest morale in our organization, the greatest diversity and a few future leaders for our team and industry. Kylie has also emerged as one of our most competent managers at working cross functionally with intra-organizational departments. Kylie owns the relationship with Crypto.com Arena Event Operations, LA Kings Marketing and AEG Premium. Her tenure has allowed her to forge deep relationships that she's not afraid to have the difficult conversations to find creative solutions to complex problems. During the 2023-24 season we've experienced heightened safety standards that's required us to alter the way in which we've distributed items to fans. One recent example saw us need to distribute 2,000 Dia de los Muertos mugs to fans, which she executed flawlessly by coordinating with Crypto.com Arena Event Operations and our Group Sales team. Kylie is one of those employees you as a leader are lucky to have!

Kylie was the person responsible for bringing me on to the Ontario Reign and has helped me every step of the way. She brings an incredibly positive attitude and a plethora of energy to every staff discussion. She cares about hockey, ticket sales, and her co-workers, she is in a great place with the Ontario Reign and any other team that wants to add her to their staff!
