I was tasked with speaking with citizens that came into the lobby of the police division and assist them. I have been certified to work with NCIC and my certification expires January of 2020. I put stolen vehicles, articles, tags, guns, and runaways and missing people into NCIC and take them out when recovered. Officers radioed over the information channel for me to run warrants, stolen vehicles, and license checks on their stops.
