  I started with Aquaculture in January 2008. With an extensive background in Administration and Bookkeeping, including a Certificate IV’s in Business Administration, WH&S as well as Training and Assessment. I was initially employed as an Administration Officer before progressing to the Processing area. I have completed numerous courses including Seafood Processing, HACCP, SQF, Quality Control, Auditing and Compliance. Currently I fill the roles of Quality Assurance Manager, Work Health and Safety Advisor and am responsible for Stock Control and Logistics.
