I have had the privilege of having Kylie on my team for two consecutive Americorps terms (2019-2020 and 2020-2021). Kylie served as Youth Services Coordinator, effectively leading a Youth Program covering 4 counties and overseeing hundreds of youth volunteers across our territory. During these two terms, Kylie proved invaluable to this team. She is dependable, resilient, flexible, and has a rock-solid work ethic. She not only picks up on tasks quickly and easily, but rapidly becomes a full-fledged contributor and strategic partner on any project she is brought on. She has, over the course of her terms, established herself as a stellar coach and mentor to our youth volunteers, leading by example and providing constructive criticism whenever necessary. The respect and credibility she has built through her actions cannot be overstated. Most importantly, Kylie cares deeply about the success of any task or project she is asked to be a part of, and will fully commit once brought on board. This kind of attitude and dedication cannot be taught. I would work with Kylie again in any capacity if given the chance. I recommend her highly and without reservation. She will be an amazing addition to any team she is brought on!
