As the original Director and lead of the service delivery business unit I was responsible for developing and leading a cultural change program across WorkSafe and the six scheme Agents to effect a significant improvement in injured worker satisfaction. I was also responsible for managing the Client Research Program that measured scheme performance and reported Injured Worker Satisfaction as one of three key performance indicators for the scheme to external stakeholders, the Board and to the Victorian Government.
