I am in charge of the Voice development team in ICabbi, which is consisting of several new projects and the ongoing improvement and support of existing products. I have built an industry leading team within the taxi dispatch market that is always wanting more challenges and always deliver value. Ten Ton Tofu Ltd was an independant games development company that was founded in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Originally conceived as part of a gap year scheme in conjunction with Sheffield Hallam University's business development team we received grants, free office space and professional coaching to help us start our own small business. As Lead Programmer in a very small team my main responsibilities were to deliver the product on time, and come up with inventive ways in which we could speed up our development life cycle, which ultimately ended up we me created a bespoke 2D level editor in XNA so we could quickly incorporate new art assets into our project without needed to develop new code.
