  Olark Live Chat connects you to the right customer, in the right place, at the right time. I was the first designer at Olark. While at Olark I helped launch our redesigned chat widget, a reporting system, post chat surveys, billing and more. As a designer on a small team I wore many hats. I researched, wrote product briefs, designed, and coded. I was able to lead many projects from start to finish.
