I have had the pleasure of working with Kyleigh on two occassions and confidently describe her as a consumate professional that runs a tight ship and ensures quality outcomes for both her organisation and her guests. She works collaboratively with her peers and management and is well regarded by all her work with her. Kyleigh is a problem solver who makes things happen. She is both resourceful and agile and I would be happy to recommend her to any employer.

Kyleigh Quinn was Restaurant Manager in my F&B team at Radisson Resort Gold Coast during the mid 2000's. This role was a tough gig with operating hours from before dawn to after midnight 365 days of the year. Three distinct meal periods offering two styles of dining with both buffet & a la carte options daily plus conference groups, in room dining and minibar at the same time. A large diverse team (age and ability) required good communication and a fair approach at all times. During Kyleigh's time as Restaurant Manager she achieved an excellent balance between guest service, staff morale and financial results. Kyleigh is hands on, self motivated and very committed to both her employer and her team. She was an asset during her time at our property and made work a fun place to be while also maintaining professionalism at all times.

Mananging a caseload of clients with varying disabilities ranging from Physical impairments, Learning difficulties, Aquired Brain Injuries and Mental Health conditions. My general duties were to provide linkages to various community services, build trust and develop my clients by upskilling and providing training on job seeking skills and conducting interview preparation. I then employed direct marketing on these clients behalf to secure independant / open employment.Once a position was secured for the client I would then negotiate the terms of their employment and support the client in the workforce - essentially going to work with them, learing all aspects of the positon and then training the client in the role and over seeing their development for a period of 26 weeks. This usually required a great deal of mentoring and negotiating with employers to maintain clients in the workforce and first class employer relationships where required.
