I work to proactively recognize psychological, physical, and biomechanical risks that could lead to injuries or illnesses and provide medical care to prevent the occurrence of the associated conditions. Along with preventative techniques, I provide daily evaluations, execute emergency decisions and care, provide first aid, and facilitate rehabilitation programs. I work to educate, communicate, and collaborate with my patients and other members of my medical team to create optimal prevention and treatment plans for my patients. Through my experience proper education is also a significant factor in preventing injuries or illnesses. I often work to educate my athletes and patients on proper nutrition, strength training, exercise progression, mental health prevention and management, and overall health and wellness. Show less
