  Working at CAI has provided me with first hand job experience. During my time I have learned to think on my feet and follow knowledge base articles to give the best possible troubleshooting to assist our clients. Everyday I learn more about how to satisfy customers in the most efficient way possible. My goal each day is to help as many customers as I can within a certain amount of time. I have been assigned to four different accounts since day one due to my ability to adapt to new situations. With this experience and knowledge gained, I have been able to increase my ability to think of innovative ways to fulfill my customers needs.I have built relationships with my colleagues quickly by learning from them. I also have the opportunity to pass down my education to the incoming employees of CAI from training. CAI has helped me grow out of college and I am excited to see that I am moving in the right direction. Show less
