I coordinate a summer program at Dallas Baptist University, and Kyle served in the program for several years. In his last year, Kyle was selected to lead a team of students across the state of Texas for the summer. During this time, he was trustworthy with all tasks and exceeded expectations. His team worked efficiently and with ease under his leadership. While Kyle is certainly capable of leadership in many capacities, it is his humble demeanor that highlights his work ethic, as well as his ability to connect with those he is leading.
