  I am currently an apprentice at Set Training working towards my Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications. Within my role it is my responsibility to upload our candidates onto our system and file them into their appropriate places. It is also my responsibility to call candidates and ask them a few basic questions that would relate to the apprenticeship they have applied for, after this stage I will decide whether the candidate is suitable for the role or not. I would then book them into a zoom meeting to progress further with their application and then would assess them to see if they would fit well and succeed in an interview with the company, we are recruiting for then pass on their CVS and our assessment document to them. Stopped my role as a paper boy due to covid and wanting to focus on school exams.
