My primary focus was proving level III support to end users and help desk staff for a number of hotel systems. Eventually I was able to take over the development and installation responsibilities for our Micros HMS 9700 systems. I was lead installer for 5 of 14 hotel installations and secondary and go-live support for all of our installation. In addition to support for the point of sale systems I helped move our ADP system from Sybase SQL Anywhere to Microsoft SQL Server. Support the management transition at a number of hotels, providing assistance with transferring credit card accounts and adding users and computers to our active directory domain.
