Kyle was an incredible manager and an extremely hard working team member. When I worked under him he took the time to make sure that I understood the problems we were working on and we were prepared as a team to handle the issues the organization was trying to solve. He tackled an immense number of issues with a wide arrange of skill sets, he was always thinking of the best ways to solve problems. As a manager, I always felt my concerns were being heard, I felt like he had my best interests in mind and encouraged my training in new skill sets. My time working at that company the success I had there was greatly due to the manager (Kyle) I reported to, and I'd highly recommend him to any company looking to hire a great management position in IT.

Kyle has shown mastery in any task with which I have challenged him. He continues to train in his areas of expertise and has not been "stumped" when asked to 'fix' a software or device related issue. He knows how to get things done. I recommend him as the technically oriented professional who stays with a project till completion. Dan Jaggers
