  During the Fall 2020 semester, I started an internship with the PSF for the purpose of building further experience and finishing a couple remaining credit hours. I also worked on removing deprecated standard library modules for PEP 594 to improve long-term maintainability of CPython, specifically asyncore, asynchat, and smtpd.
