Kyle can best be described with one word: passion. I worked under Kyle and later beside Kyle at Yoga International for 5+ years. Kyle was an amazing mentor, a constant professional, and an expert at his craft who was never satisfied with that expertise--always striving to become even better. Kyle led & grew the production crew of the start-up online yoga company Yoga International. Kyle transformed the video & audio quality of Yoga International from footage that looked like VHS security cameras to crisp, clean 4k footage. Kyle single-handedly brought Yoga International's content from 1985 to modern day. Not only is he responsible for the increase in quality, but he also grew the team from 4 editors to 16! He personally trained each one of us as well as creating SOPs that helped grow the brand. Kyle's leadership took the start-up from bleeding money to 8 figures of yearly revenue. The company later sold for $18.5 million in late 2021. Unfortunately in early 2022, they decided the quality content that Kyle directly created was more valuable than the entire production department. Unfortunately (x2), they also didn't share any of that $18.5 million with Kyle even though his vision for the quality of the content was one of the biggest reasons for the sale of the company. Kyle is also just an all-around good person. He stands up for equality, equity, fairness, and treating the people of this world well. His dry sense of humor, self-deprecation, and ability to laugh at even the worst of situations is one of the most admirable qualities about him. He's also a huge Simpsons & Futurama fan, so we got along swimmingly. When Kyle puts his mind to something, he accomplishes it. There have been so many times that he creates something and I think to myself, I'm not good enough to be in his presence. Don't believe me? Ask him about "Chicken Mann." If you have any doubts about hiring Kyle for any project, then those doubts are your own internalized imposter syndrome because Kyle is going to show you up. I miss working with him!!!

To put it simply: Kyle is the best! He has guided me every step of the way during my time at YI and I hold so much respect for him. Kyle interviewed me, trained me on-set duties, and showed me tips and tricks in both video and audio editing, most of which I still use to this day. He is technologically gifted and his charisma is unmatched. Kyle has exuberant leadership skills both in-house and remotely, he knows his way around his camera, and is one of the speediest and steadfast editors I know. He is extremely creative in his approach to videography, problem solving, and marketing skills. Not to mention his humanitarian efforts are top notch!! I am lucky to have worked alongside such a talented and spirited individual for so long!
