  I Started off as an assistant store manager at Tony's Tyre service where i helped run the business and grow it to maximize efficiency and profit. While still learning the basis of the tyre industry. I then moved to a Bridgestone Select store in Rotorua where i done the same role but had more control over the store as the current manager stepped back to show me the ropes on how to run a store.
