I worked as an Intern at T3 Advisors, where I assisted the Brokerage and Strategy teams in numerous projects on relevant market trends. My projects included collecting data for a Lease Expense Benchmark study being conducted by the T3 Strategy team, as well as creating a scorecard to evaluate potential expansion cities for T3. The process of making the scorecard made me think about what a company needs to think about when planning to expand or open a new office. I was also an active member in client meetings and market tours. My time at T3 Advisors taught the importance of marketing and making connections to the people that you meet. I also was able to build on my time management skills along with my ability to make proactive decisions to accomplish the goals that I set for myself and complete my assignments. Show less
