The Midwest Bartending school allowed me to get a 40 hour mixologist certification on top of my liquor licenses. Thought this class I learned everything from cocktail to pouring win at the perfect spot. After passing their final fast and completing twelve drinks in less then 8 minutes I was then signed as a contractor for the company. I can go in at anytime and sign up for jobs on the job board. I can do this as much as I want to never doing it again. The Midwest Bartending school allowed me to get a 40 hour mixologist certification on top of my liquor licenses. As a head backer I was in charge of coming in the morning finding out what I will be baking that day. I would then spend the whole day making and baking cakes. I made a system where I would backing one rack of cakes, flipping done cakes to then wrap them, and do the dishes when I didn't have a dishwasher As a head backer I was in charge of coming in the morning finding out what I will be baking that day.
