  I worked as a cook and expeditor in the Topgolf kitchen, mastering all 6 positions. I worked my way up to manage over 10 other cooks and 10 food runners through fast paced dinner services of over 150 tables and 1,000 people. I was the main point of all communication between the kitchen and the servers and managers present in our dining area. I was also responsible for the preparation, cooking, and plating of a full menu of food.
