I worked with Kyle Joshua on the White Spirits Portfolio at Distell. In 2015/16 Personality: Kyle has a very inquisitive nature which makes him a very enjoyable colleague to work with. Kyle was responsible for building and maintaining the budget for our White Spirits Portfolio and was very diligent in managing it due to his strong commercial acumen. Kyle’s ability to interact with different levels in the business is something to be admired. He is able to manage internal and external stakeholder very adequately due to his approachable nature. Work Ethic: We work in a very diverse marketing environment and Kyle definitely has a plan for his career and development.
