I worked with Kyle while he was a District Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Kyle worked in the field which at times can be difficult to do - but he effectively balanced the needs of his dealers with the goals he needed to achieve. He knew when to contact the corporate office for help, and how to be firm when needed. He asked me thoughtful questions when he needed clarification of programs or help with a favor. I would recommend him for any management position.

What I trully appreciated in working with Kyle, was the fact that even though he has extensive experience in the H-D industry, he was open to learn more. That is so rare with someone who posses the industry knowledge that Kyle does. Also, it was refreshing to see that he "Gets it". Kyle, was directly on point throughout our involvement on a project, and his opinions and input were extremely helpful in accomplishing our ultimate goals. There are few GM's out there that have the combination of talents that Kyle has. And his military back ground gives him follow through at a level I rarely witness. Plus unless you know Mavis Beacon personally, you will probably never see anyone type like he can, lol
