Timothy Hewey
I have had the opportunity of working with Kyle for close to 4 years, in this time I have seen him meet every challenge with success. Kyle started off as a entry level operations employee, where he immediately mastered his area of responsibility. Then in an effort to balance his experience he transitioned to sales for a short stint, where again he was successful in a short period of time. Next Kyle was promoted to Day Operations Manager, where he immediately became an impact manager- he was able to grasp/understand his area of responsibility, strengthen the relationship between his department and others within the company, as well as direct/coach/enhance all those that reported to him. In an effort to further round out his managerial/operations experience, I personally asked Kyle to take the Night Operations(Outbound) Manager position, Kyle accepted the challenge. As Night Operations Manager he was again able to improve the overall operations and take the department as a whole to the next level. As a result of his continued success in each of the operational management roles, he earned the position of Assistant Terminal Manager (ATM). Although his career has been short, his results have been nothing short of a homerun. Every position we have placed Kyle in he has succeeded. Kyle continues to be one of the brightest up and coming managers I have seen in my 25 years. He has my highest recommendation.
