      Currently I manage 15 Tarrant county Pest control Specialist as well as thousands of cusatomers. My daily task include but are not limited to in the field training, assisting technicians on larger exclusions, reducing customer cancels, motivating everyone within our division at all times, pick up stops that any sick or absent specialist can not make it to, lowering overall cost to do business while still providing the upmost level of service, control product inventory, and much more.       Was assigned to A-Division on board the USS John C. Stennis ( CVN-74) . My shop was the hydraulics shop in charge of all hydraulic equipment on board. Including Anchor, steering, aircraft elevators, hangar bay doors, Aircraft arresting gears..etc. Also when not working for hydraulic shop I was training to monitor and repair A/C sysytems, potable water, steam supply, and RHIB boat repair.
