  As an Engineering intern at IDOT I worked closely with the Resident Engineer and Technician inspecting, measuring and calculating construction quality and quantities in the field. I completed Inspector's Daily Reports as well as filed material tickets in order to stay organized throughout the project. A major duty was to use my engineering judgement to determine if the quality of the contractors work was sufficient.
