  I started out at Clearwater through a temp service called (esi) at the time. I worked call ins for two weeks then I got put on crew when I got called in on my 21st birthday. I worked in the baler room for 4 months then got promoted to temp lead. 2 months later I got hired on through Clearwater as a forklift operator. Shortly after that I decided I wanted to go to the paper machine and I've been a operator there for 4 years. I've moved up from stock prep, to dry end, to back tender relief, and now training as a control room operator. I'm now a level 6 pay when I first came to the paper mill I was a level 2.
