Working with him, I became instantly aware of Kyle’s incredible commitment to his job. There is no one as hard-working, dedicated, or focused when it comes to completing a task at hand, and doing it beyond expectation. Hand a project to Kyle, and he’ll complete it well before it’s due, with thorough attention to detail, and a thoughtfulness that makes his work stand apart. He always does whatever it takes to get the job done–if that means working through the weekend, he’s on it–and always with a willing, positive attitude. Furthermore, sitting next to Kyle, I had the opportunity of getting to know him as a friend. He’s genuine, kind, witty, smart, and helpful. He’ll always lend a hand, and always contribute well beyond his job description. When I left Threadless to pursue another job, it was difficult for several reasons. But one was leaving a truly talented, incomparable coworker and friend–someone any company would be lucky, a hundred times over, to have as an employee.
