2006, fresh out of the military I was hired as a technician and within 3 months I was offered a lead position for a program called Desert Hawk III. With an empty shop and a goal for production I built the shop up for success and developed the process and procedures to produce this new product. With hard work and dedication we took this program to a sole source defense contract with the UK military. Through this time period the product was refine, the process was improved, and the quality was increased allowing us to bid and win the sole source contract. Over the years I have added overseas training, flight test engineering, and system matter expert designation to my list of achievements. I take on any challenge put in front of me and take pride in the job that I do. After achieving a sole source contract I was incorporated in a new program to help manage and support the production team. This new job has me managing a production line, developing processes, procedures, and documentation as well as maturing the program and production. With the fast pace and constant change in the development process I am constantly taking on new and more challenging tasks on a daily bases along with continuing management of the Desert Hawk program. The only outcome I see is success. More to come as this program develops Show less
