      Key member of both the bid co-ordination, and pre-tender negotiation team involved in the successful acquisition of a significant grounds maintenance contract with a large energy client. Appointed to lead mobilisation of the contract upon acquisition, spanning four areas of the south east. Responsible for overseeing TUPE transfers, recruitment strategy, contract organisation and primary client liaison. Supervision of successful contract launch, meeting all client requirements in advance of deadlines set. Subsequently selected to oversee daily operations of contract during and beyond the period of stabilisation. Management of several specialist teams taking responsibility for overall service delivery, adherence to agreed KPI's and compliance with contract specific HSQE requirements.
