  I worked at Barclay Event Rentals for the summer in between graduating high school and starting college at Oregon State University. I worked with a large team who would prepare for the day in the warehouse in the mornings by loading up our trucks with everything the customers wanted for that day. We would then break up into smaller teams and go out each day to deliver and set up for events. Most of the time, it would include large event tents in which we would set up. The team and I were professionals and made sure it was not only safe, but everything looked exactly like the customers had envisioned it. Especially since we did many weddings, we wanted everything to go as smoothly as possible and not bring stress upon our clients. Since this was a start up business, I got a firsthand look at how it gets started and how it stays successful. This is my most valued job experience I've had and the lessons and memories that came with it will stick with me forever.
