Kyle is a close friend of mine, but I had never gotten the chance to work with him professionally until 2016. He recommended that I interview with a real estate consulting and marketing firm where he was already having a great deal of success, and it was a great fit. While we ultimately chose different paths within the firm, his impact in recruiting, B2B sales, and even the B2C space was undeniable from any perspective. If I had to create a team of high-performance sales machines, I would simply clone Kyle 5 times and let them all go to work.

During that time in saw kyle advance from an entry level prospectors, to a BDS, and then advanced to an impact role within the organization as the head of recruiting. I had the opportunity to work in a supervisory capacity, directly overseeing Kyle, for a short time during which he was working diligently to organize and develop an Agent recruitment platform for our brokerage as well as that of a partner. Kyle never shied away from a challenge and was always willing to put in extra time and effort to achieve his goals as evidenced by his rapid advancement onto the leadership team at such a young age.
