I began in Matador's operations field engineer rotation, working through production, completions, and drilling. While in production I was responsible for 145 legacy vertical wells on the Shelf across Eddy and Lea county. I oversaw rod pump optimization, various workovers, recompletions, and P&As, while also being involved in workovers across the rest of our Delaware assets. In completions, I spent a large portion of my time on site with consultants learning how wireline, frac, and drillout ops are performed. I also oversaw planning and execution of a two well pad in Eddy county. During my drilling rotation, I spent most of my time on site with the consultant to see rig up to rig down ops. I also performed analog research through out the core of Lea county for the drilling engineers. Show less
