      My chief responsibility was to increase brand awareness locally and to expand Pickwick's growing tourist audience. I created an Ecommerce website that not only represented brand information, but also sold high-end products and Pickwick's event tickets. A link can be found below. I also operated the Pickwick's at Strawbery Banke Facebook and created interactive content to increase recognition of this specific location's web activity and presence. In 2015, the company introduced event experiences such as holiday dinners, 4th of July fairs, history tours, trolley tours, etc.I created a ticketing portion on the website that enabled traveling families to book events ahead of their arrival. This implementation greatly increased event sales and was groundbreaking for Pickwick's to expand from it's previous niche as a collection of retail stores. My secondary responsibility was to improve both internal and external communication. I attended meetings with well-established local organizations with the goal of cross-marketing and increasing tourists' experience when visiting Portsmouth. I worked with the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce to increase the overall awareness of Pickwick's brand and the historic city of which it resides. Show less
