Moved the needle and helped the new car department move to the next level. When I got there we just needed that extra fire power to get over the hump. We started reaching upwards of 50+ new cars a month at times. Great success in moving the bar and setting a standard there of growing at a rate of double the year before! Came on board to a failing F and I department. Running numbers in the $400's for Backend gross as a department. They needed a lift. So I agreed to come on board and recruited another person to come on with me. We made an immediate effect by moving the needle and producing much higher numbers than of previous for this store. We took the $400 on the back and moved it to $600. The store saw new heights and grew at a high level as well. Came on board to a failing F and I department. This was a very fun store with a highly successful F and I department. I was able to learn from the best F and I managers in the industry. We set records and had a lot of fun doing it sometimes reaching numbers as high as $1800 a copy! Amazing store for F and I and a great learning experience for me.

I really picked up my sales skills here learning how to sell cars with enthusiam and intensity. Shottenkirk has a wonderful training program for new sales people. Getting managers involved early and landing on the right car. It really taught me how to become a complete sales person.
