Bio
Matthew Rice
During my first year working in the technology industry I was placed on a development team that Kyle was managing. Looking back now, I cannot overstate how lucky I was to have been able to work under someone who is not only such an experienced technologist, but a great human being as well. As a leader and mentor, Kyle was knowledgable, hard-working, compassionate, dependable, and, maybe best of all, he listened and made sure I knew that my ideas/concerns were heard and respected despite my relative inexperience. Although I moved on from that specific team, I would still consider him both a mentor and a friend.

It is rare that you find a developer that is able to manage his workload, while guiding his team and teaching his colleagues in the process. Kyle is ridiculously efficient and he is an asset to any team. I have always been particularly impressed with how Kyle can analyze a problem, or issue, real time and the solution based thinking and resolution comes so naturally to him. His ability to juggle multiple initiatives is top-notch.
