Was part of a team of 10 who was in charge of supplying and selling Master's merchandise within the Main Golf Shop. Through teamwork, communication, and leadership, we were able to efficiently provide patrons with a high level of customer service. Attention to detail was one of our highest priorities and commuted all week long from our supervisors. Worked closely alongside PGA professionals and Caddie Master to service our 250 members and their guests. Anticipation service was our number one priority at East Hampton, trying to get everything ready for the membership before they could ask you. From setting up the practice facilities, conducting junior camps for 30 kids, to being a starter on the first tee, everything we did as a staff was done with the highest attention to detail. I started out working with the outside service staff. My role included but was not limited to, detailing a fleet of 75 carts daily, operating the ranger picker and cleaning the range balls, and starting the first and tenth tee. Once promoted to Pro Shop cashier, I took on more responsibilities. Those roles included standard opening and closing procedures, checking members and guests at the Foreup POS system, and conducting nightly leagues via Golf Genius. I was also involved with a junior camp with over 200 kids that spanned 3 days a week. Show less
