Accurately identify parts needed for repairs on vehicles, check inventory, and continue with the sale. Order special ordered parts through the Toyota website and identify back-ordered items for ROs pending. Prepare Appointments with parts pending for the arrival of guests. Give price quotes for both Toyota and non-Toyota vehicles needing repairs. Tag, stage, and monitor appointments from service writers, making sure all items are accurate and priced correctly. Morning breakdown of an order delivered from Toyota, along with a fellow associate. Spread out parts in a neat and orderly manner for parts drivers to access and prepare for their deliveries. Assist drivers in finding difficult orders and helping drivers load heavy parts into trucks. Organize parts warehouse, keeping stock of new parts. Signing in deliveries from UPS/USPS/FedEx and taking packages to person labeled on package. Keep parts inventory accurate, putting NS parts (Non Stocked) into inventory, including third parts warehouse. Use forklift under safe conditions to move pallets and/or transmissions to and from trucks, being delivered to dealership and being sent for delivery.Drive to will-call location off site of dealership on a daily basis to pick up extra inventory for either parts invoices to be delivered or stock. Complete scan of Toyota delivery and run a variance report, which allows Wholesale Advisers to know that the delivery and scan is complete and accurate. Assist drivers in finding hard to locate items. Manage warehouse and stock clerks, making sure stock clerks and drivers are keeping active with their duties in assisting the warehouse needs, I.E., fixing stock and pulling orders for delivery. Receive items from UPS/FedEx/USPS and take packages to person labeled on package. Receive daily SDS (Same Day Delivery). Responsible for handling all returns from vendors. Responsible for damage returned items (TMP returns) to be sent back to Toyota. Responsible for monthly return items (known as 7% returns) back to Toyota.
