I had the pleasure of mentoring Kyle Krave for approximately 4 years at National2Way. His humor is infectious and he is a rising tide that raises all ships. In the 48 months that Kyle and I worked together, he was the #1 salesman 47 times. Not kidding. He has a relentless work ethic and his customers love him. I never had to "micro manage" Kyle. We used Salesforce.com as our CRM and Kyle was always the leader regarding documenting activity. I can't say enough about Kyle. Anyone would be lucky to have Kyle on the team.
