2015 - 2016: - Commisioned new manufacturing plant. - Setup quality management system as accordance to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. - Validated new machines and processes. 2017 - 2018: - Commisioned and validate new manufacturing line under the plant expansion project. - Executed process improvement which successfully eliminated lens clarity issue by introducing new raw material and new detection method. 2019: - Researched and developed new product, toric lens for astigmatism correction. - Executed process improvement which successfully eliminated lens power consistency issue through data analysis and simulation. 2020 - 2021: - Developed mathematical model to compute the thickness distribution of the lens. - Built a ray tracing model to study the spherical aberration correction through aspheric design. 2022: - Reviewed risk assessment file as accordance to ISO 14971.
