      To connect with young people from not so privileged backgrounds whe need support in getting access to opportunities that can transform their lives. My role at MTL is very important. I am the first point of contact. I'm out across London daily visiting difference spaces making sure I am visible to voung beople who need support in accessing opportunities. I’m out engaging with young people to determine their interests visiting JobCenter's, universities, colleges, community organizations and any other spaces where young people might be. As well as providing group information sessions and contacting external organizations to develop relationships that will lead to referral of potential young people on the workshop.
