Architectural Designer I

Feb 2018 - Jul 2019
Worked on a variety of complex institutional projects and several proposals involving building large scale models for clients and renderings. I spent most of my time at Ballinger on a new inpatient building for CHOP, following the project on a demanding timeline from schematic design through to construction documentation. Coordinated Clinical Lab, Pharmacy, Med-Surg and ICU drawings during user meetings and created drawings for 1:1 mock-ups for client walk through. Parrhasian Heritage Park Field School

Arcadia, Greece
-
Architectural Assistant
-
Aug 2017 - Aug 2017
The Parrhasian Heritage Park, a collective effort between Greeks and Americans, will encompass an area of 550 square kilometers in Western Arcadia, Northern Messenia, and Eastern Elis. It will be the first large scale heritage park in Greece, created to protect the area's history, culture, and traditions, and encompasses archaeological, natural, recreational, scenic and cultural features. The park seeks to promote the preservation of these regional structures, and to strengthen community identity. Daily work included meeting with community members to discuss the values and intentions of the park, as well as helping create design guidelines for facilities associated with the park (installation of kiosks, trail heads, and way-finding signage.)
