Ken joined the HARMAN Pro Los Angeles Experience Center project team a year into and a year prior to its opening as lead technology architect and hit the ground running. The $5M, 15,000 sqft LA Experience Center’s primary purpose is to demonstrate our audio, video, control/automation, and lighting products/solutions to a variety of vertical markets both B2B and B2C. With roughly 20 ever-changing separate yet connected technology demos highlighting these products/solutions, the experience center is a massive technology challenge to design, build and manage. From internet bandwidth to system design and programming, it is a technological wonder. And to put it in the simplest terms, the space not only shows off our products but is a living, breathing example of how they work .I can't stress enough that the sheer volume and complexity of the interconnected products and the need to zero in on specific demo functionality to properly showcase the key functionality of our products was mind-blowing. Ken embraced the challenge and delivered more than requested. As I challenged the team to think outside of the box, keeping the customer experience paramount, Ken adopted that same methodology and always brought nothing but his A-game. To be honest, I could never imagine handling the degree of specificity that Ken delivered each and every day. Not to mention the fact that Ken was on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event something went wrong – most commonly power failures or internet breakdowns. He quickly became the key technology resource that I relied on to make it happen. Ken quite simply is a goldmine. He is a strategic thinker who can effectively position products and solutions for the appropriate marketing channels and audiences. He is incredibly detail-oriented and deadline-driven. He has strong communication skills and is a natural. He is a true professional with a very polite and positive attitude. I am confident you will find him to be an eager, resourceful and talented addition to any team. It is my distinct pleasure to recommend Ken Paul. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Ken will be a valuable asset to any organization.
