Kartika was extremely knowledgeable about the software product as well as the business side and all of the processes. Kartika was integral in collaborating on the detailed project plan. Kartika was always willing to go the extra mile and frequently worked over-time or on weekends to ensure work was completed and she was very thorough in ensuring the work was of high quality. She also worked alot of extra time on implementation weekend to ensure everything went smoothly. Kartika helped to turn around a project that was in trouble to a project that was viewed as successful and smooth when implemented. I would not hesitate to work with Kartika again on a project.
