  As soon as COVID-19 started to appear in Belgium it was clear data flows had to be setup to gather the test results, store these in a very secure way, gather the additional information to contact the positively tested people to obtain their contacts and store all this information for tracing purposes. I was the architect, functional analyst, organizer, team lead and principal developer for the setup of the datacenter, the creation of the testing database(s), the creation of the tracing databases, the creation of the software to manage all the data flows... At the end of 2021 (end of december) the programs and database for the Vaccination data flows were added.
