I had the privilege of working closely with Kaushik during our time together at Atsuya Technologies. Throughout my internship tenure at Atsuya, his expertise and guidance were evident in every interaction we had. His ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams truly stood out. Everyone in the company recognizes him for his friendly nature and his HR skills. He was always willing to listen, provide valuable insights, and support solutions to the challenges encountered. If you’re looking for a colleague, motivator, manager, mentor or leader on your team, I can’t think of anyone else I’d recommend more highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Kaushik Venkateswar in Atsuya Technologies for a period of 3 months last year. I was a technical intern in the company. He was the Head HR and kept track of my progress. Even though I didn't directly work under his supervision, I learned a lot from him. One such thing would be creating positivity around the work place. He has a can-do attitude and keep his peers inspired and motivated all the time. I found him to be a friendly and approachable HR during my time in the company. He was always willing to listen and provide support to employees. Not only that, he has a good sense of humor and is known for their ability to lighten the mood in tense or stressful situations. Additionally, he is good at building and improving employee relations. I would like to talk about one incident where a co-worker's laptop wasn't functioning properly. He reported that to Kaushik and got it fixed immediately. I was surprised to see that this HR is also functioning like a computer technician. This is a rare sight for me. The other day he was working on redecorating/renovating the office. I must say Kaushik Venkateswar is skillful in various domains.
