For example, ensuring the smooth operation of Bingo off the gaming floor while taking care of gaming floor promotions at the same time. - The natural ability to collaborate with and influence the performance of my colleagues to ensure a team-oriented environment. - The use of our internal patron management database, where we can analyse and add key information to enhance our staff-patron relationship. This, in turn, allows my Marketing colleagues to gain a better understanding of their end customer. - Provide Sales & Administrative support to the Department when necessary. For example, the completion of a Daily Operations Report which highlights the jackpots won and prize money handed out for each promotion for the day.
